Karen began writing poetry as a teenager. She became interested in Health and Wellness and the spiritual realms as a young adult. The culmination of her writing stems from years of metaphysical study and the transpersonal realms.

She launched her first book in May 2011! This book has been a huge personal achievement for Karen as she felt innately guided to use the Goddess Inanna's myth and connect her story with the upward development of the chakras. Karen uses her own personal experiences to inspire and connect with others.
